Our Junior College develops high-quality childhood education workers who combine a rich sense of humanity with specialized knowledge and skills.
At this college, students learn childhood education in a fully-equipped educational environment, located on a campus blessed with beautiful natural surroundings. We provide practical studies that are rich in variety. The college has Department 1, in which students study for 2 years, and Department 3 which allows study over a less pressured 3 years. Both departments cultivate practical skills via a curriculum which allows students to feel sure about their steady growth. At graduation, students can obtain dual certification with Childcare Worker Qualifications, and a Class 2 Kindergarten Teacher’s License.
Education in the Hyogo University Junior College is based on the spirit of harmony indicated in the Seventeen-Article Constitution of Prince Shotoku. The college cultivates people with a spirit of gratitude, tolerance and compromise, who have mastered the ability to learn and think on their own, and can take the initiative in contributing to the development of an inclusive society.

This college enables students to learn about child care in a rich educational environment on a campus blessed with a good natural environment. We have developed a program that is practical and has great variety. Practical skills are developed through curricula that enable students to realize their own growth. In Department 1, learning takes place over two years, while in Department 3 students learn at a more relaxed pace over three years. At graduation, students can obtain both a nursery teacher’s license and a Type 2 kindergarten teacher’s license.
